Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and management to our care home teams, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver exceptional care and service to our residents.
- Care Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of high-quality care services, ensuring that they meet the needs and expectations of our residents and their families.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of care professionals, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver outstanding care.
- Business Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, including budgeting, financial management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that our care home meets the highest standards of quality and safety, through regular audits and quality assurance processes.
- Experience: At least 3 years' experience as a Registered Care Home Manager, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services.
- Qualifications: NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
- Competitive Salary: £70,000 per annum.
