About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Manager to lead our residential care home in Peterborough, Lincolnshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of multi-skilled professionals, including a Deputy Manager, Unit Managers, Care Assistants, Administrators, Housekeepers, Catering and Site Maintenance Personnel.
- Ensure the emotional, physical, and social needs of residents are met, while maintaining a safe and compliant environment.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, making improvements as necessary.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staff performance, ensuring the home operates efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Registered Manager with a Level 5 in Leadership and Management in care.
- Proven experience in managing a residential care home or similar setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
- A flexible and dynamic approach, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
