About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Services Assistant to join our team at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a comprehensive and professional cleaning service to meet NHS standards of cleanliness and other housekeeping duties in accordance with schedules and procedures.
  • Work in local community hospitals, other inpatient settings, health centres, clinics, and administration areas.
  • Relay information that may impact on other clinical/non-clinical services.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous experience of cleaning in an employed capacity.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English in both verbal and written formats.
