- Manage lead data in our CRM system and work with the sales team to ensure lead quality, lead nurturing, and lead conversion.
- Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of email marketing and CRM campaigns with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Create engaging and relevant content for email marketing campaigns, CRM activities, and other marketing channels to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing and CRM management, with a track record of driving business results.
- Experience in Data Analytics.
- SQL or MS Excel proficiency.
- Experience working in the payments or financial services industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Experience with CRM systems (specifically HubSpot) and email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, Active Campaign etc).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
