About the Role

The Deputy General Manager will oversee hotel operations, ensuring all guest expectations are met through the delivery of consistently high standards of service. You will have a strong commercial focus, excellent knowledge of the competitor set, and the ability to develop the business further.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of Direct Head of Department reports
  • Oversee hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Drive revenue and profitability through strong commercial awareness
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize property investment
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives
