Deputy General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team at De Vere Tortworth Court, a luxurious hotel in South Gloucestershire. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving culture, leading from the front, and maximizing the property's extensive capital investment.

The successful candidate will have recent experience in a similar role, with a strong leadership style, excellent communication skills, and a service-oriented approach. You will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations, ensuring all guest expectations are met, and driving revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Direct Head of Department reports
  • Oversee hotel operations to ensure high standards of service
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives
