Job Title: Global Mobility and Immigration Professional

Welcome to the opportunity to join the dynamic Global Mobility and Immigration team at Millennium Management. As a Global Mobility and Immigration Professional, you'll be at the forefront of managing International Assignments, International Transfers, and Cross Border Compliance across our organization.

Reporting to the Global Mobility & Immigration Manager, this role requires a versatile individual who can interpret assignment programs, navigate immigration requirements, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors. You'll play a pivotal role in managing individual mobility caseloads, overseeing cost projections, and ensuring compliance with policies.

In this role, you'll need to be well-versed in a range of international mobility disciplines, including immigration, tax, social security, contracts, and systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Application and execution of GM&I policies and programs
  • Managing mobility cases from start to finish
  • Reviewing cost projection estimates
  • Providing technical guidance to business areas
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and vendors
  • Creating presentations using PowerPoint
  • Generating reports and analytics on case progress
  • Coordinating with external partners
  • Assisting in the development of GM&I programs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily management and coordination of mobility aspects
  • Offering advisory support on mobility matters
  • Identifying and resolving challenges proactively
  • Contributing to the development of a centre of excellence for GM&I issues
  • Collaborating across various functions within the organization
  • Providing operational support for complex global mobility

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • University degree preferred
  • 4+ years of GM&I experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with excellent relationship-building skills
