About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our busy and dedicated admin team within the Vascular Surgery department at Peterborough City Hospital.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Senior Medical Secretary and clinical team, ensuring the provision of an effective, efficient, and professional service for our patients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform a high level of secretarial and administration tasks within the service
  • Work efficiently, with a high degree of accuracy, and work flexibly and confidentially across the Trust independently and as part of a team
  • Be a point of contact for patients, specialty teams, and other departments for all enquiries relating to patients
  • Track and manage patient pathways in accordance with National targets
