Regional HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the Regional General Manager and their leadership team in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the regional business plan and support the delivery of Company strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with the RGM to develop leadership capability and talent within the region, and contribute to the EMEA Supply Chain Leadership Team.
  • Translate business needs into HR strategies and lead the people/HR roadmap across the year.
  • Develop the HR function and capability within the region and GSC, investing in HR talent development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate and implement a talent acquisition and development plan for the region.
  • Ensure that HR policies, initiatives, and practices are understood and adopted across the region.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of HR Business Partnering at senior levels, talent management, and colleague engagement.
  • Organisational design and development expertise.
  • Continuous Improvement and Lean culture deployment experience.
  • Strong commercial understanding of the business.
  • Additional languages within the regional area are beneficial.
