About the Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Registered Nurse to complement our skill mix within the Community Health Care Service (CHCS) across Havering. The Community Nurse will support the provision of holistic healthcare to patients, families, and carers in their own homes, residential care homes, and nurse-led clinics.

Main Duties
  • Treatment, advice, and teaching within the professional competence of the post holder.
  • Delivering individualized care to patients under the supervision of the District Nurse.
  • Liaising with GPs, other professionals, and statutory and voluntary agencies.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (Part 1) with NMC Registration.
  • Ability to work as an effective member of a multi-disciplinary Primary Health Care Team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
