Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at The Pheasant Inn. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our guests, while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional food service, ensuring prompt and efficient service to our guests.
- Assist with menu planning and preparation, ensuring that dishes are presented to the highest standard.
