In the role of Service Operations Leader, you will oversee our Service Department, guiding your team and upholding standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities of the Service Operations Leader:

  • Ensure compliance with company standards for all warranty and repair tasks
  • Oversee the Service department's financials, optimizing efficiency and profitability through labor sales, parts, and materials
  • Evaluate pricing strategies and ensure adherence to relevant regulations
  • Lead and inspire your Service Team, coaching them to exceed performance targets and KPIs
  • Maintain a safe working environment, following health and safety protocols
  • Elevate customer service standards to achieve an outstanding Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score for your department
