We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to drive the growth of our dental implants business within a specific region. This role involves managing and expanding relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be based in a location that allows for easy access to the region and will play a key role in achieving regional sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales & Relationship Building: Promote and sell our comprehensive range of surgical, restorative, regenerative, and digital dental solutions to dental clinicians and lab technicians.
- Customer Engagement: Schedule and conduct meetings with dental practices, hospitals, corporate dental groups, and laboratories to nurture and expand customer relationships, aiming to maximize sales and broaden our distribution network.
- Product Training: Deliver training sessions to dental clinicians, nurses, practice staff, and laboratory personnel, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize our products effectively for their patients' benefit.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and projects to increase market share and drive sales growth in the region.
- Industry Events: Represent the company at exhibitions, local meetings, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and foster relationships.
- Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate and timely reports on customer visits, expenses, and other sales activities.
- Field Work: Spend a significant amount of time engaging with customers in the field.
- Minimum of a secondary education diploma.
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, with a preference for experience in the dental sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets; however, highly motivated individuals with the right attitude and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with confidence in customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Full UK driving license is essential.
