Dental Implants Sales Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to drive the growth of our dental implants business within the Midlands region. This role involves managing and expanding relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell our comprehensive range of surgical, restorative, regenerative, and digital dental solutions to dental clinicians and lab technicians.
- Nurture and expand customer relationships, aiming to maximize sales and broaden our distribution network.
- Deliver training sessions to dental clinicians, nurses, practice staff, and laboratory personnel, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize our products effectively for their patients' benefit.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and projects to increase market share and drive sales growth in the region.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, local meetings, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and foster relationships.
- Maintain accurate and timely reports on customer visits, expenses, and other sales activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of a secondary education diploma.
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, with a preference for experience in the dental sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets; however, highly motivated individuals with the right attitude and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with confidence in customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Full UK driving license is essential.
