Responsibilities:
  • Provide consistent and attentive care to children in our residential settings.
  • Create a safe and supportive environment that promotes emotional well-being and personal development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, families, and professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Engage children in meaningful activities that foster their interests, skills, and social growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to children's progress and well-being.
Qualifications:
  • A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK without restrictions.
  • A genuine commitment to Esland's values, including a person-centered approach to childcare and therapeutic practices.
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Previous experience in childcare or support work is beneficial but not mandatory. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive training to the right candidates.
