Salary: Up to £22,930.80 - £23,352 pro rata (includes sleep in shifts)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team at Dove Adolescent Services. As a Residential Childcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our residential care settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, promoting positive relationships and behaviors
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care and support

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in childcare or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including sleep ins
