Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate and individualized care to children residing in our homes.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions and support plans tailored to each child's needs.
  • Foster a safe, secure, and stimulating environment conducive to emotional well-being and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, therapists, and educators, to ensure holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 12 months experience working in a children's residential care setting.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practices.
  • Commitment to Esland's values, including a person-centered approach to childcare.
