We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Childcare Support Workers to join our team on an ad-hoc basis. This role offers the flexibility to work the hours that suit your availability, allowing you to contribute to our mission while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Your Responsibilities- Provide personalized care and support to children and young people in our residential homes.
- Foster positive relationships built on trust and respect with the young people we serve.
- Encourage the development of individual interests and talents through engaging activities and experiences.
- Promote a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where young people feel valued and respected.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure the well-being and progress of each child in our care.
- Competitive hourly rates based on qualifications (unqualified: £11.93 per hour, qualified: £12.20 per hour) plus £45 per sleep-in duty.
- Comprehensive training and development opportunities, including the chance to achieve an Apprenticeship Level 4 diploma in Residential Childcare.
- Regular supervisions with your line manager to support your professional growth.
