Key Responsibilities- Promote the welfare and well-being of our young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with our young people, encouraging their development and interests.
- Support the delivery of individual care plans, working collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.
- Participate in sleep-in duties as part of a flexible rota, providing 24/7 care and support to our young people.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Full training and development opportunities to achieve a Childcare Diploma Level 3.
