About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team at Dove Adolescent Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote the welfare and well-being of our young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Encourage and support the development of individual interests and skills, promoting independence and self-confidence.
  • Participate in activities and outings that promote a sense of belonging and community.
Requirements
  • Experience of working with vulnerable young people, although not essential, is desirable.
  • Commitment to the role, including some weekends and bank holidays.
  • Ability to work on a flexible rota, including sleep-in duties.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and team player approach.
