Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Legal, Data and Customer Services Administrator to join our head office team in Chelmsford.

The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Data Protection Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advice to members of the public on parking-related enquiries
  • Assist with filtering and responding to email enquiries regarding Data Protection
  • Process and respond to requests from individuals exercising their rights under data protection legislation
  • Assist with responses to data enquiries from the police, clients, and other relevant authorities
  • Collate cases to pursue through the legal process
  • Correspond on behalf of the Data Protection Team as required
  • Promote a culture of compliance, control, and transparency in handling personal data
  • Liaise with external legal and debt providers as required
  • Assist with management of existing team as required
  • Support Customer Services with responses to complaints as required
  • Prepare evidence packs for Independent Appeals assessments as required

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' general administrative experience, preferably with relevant industry experience or experience with Data Protection
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise, manage time, and work well under pressure
  • Good written communication skills
  • Ability to make decisions based on evidence provided
  • Calm and helpful attitude
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Computer literate, proficient in Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook
