We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Major Projects Advisory team as a Director. This is an exciting opportunity to work with industry-leading organisations, helping to solve complex challenges in infrastructure.
As a Director, you will be responsible for leading and developing our MPA business, working closely with our leadership team, clients, and other KPMG teams to deliver innovative solutions. You will provide expert advice to clients on major projects and programmes, helping them achieve successful outcomes through robust planning and implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop our MPA business, driving growth and delivering high-quality services to clients.
- Work closely with our leadership team, clients, and other KPMG teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions.
- Provide expert advice to clients on major projects and programmes, helping them achieve successful outcomes.
- Manage and develop a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the tools and environment needed to succeed.
- Proven track record of delivering major projects and programmes, with a strong consulting background.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically, identifying emerging market trends and opportunities for growth.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
