Director - Major Projects Advisory - Infrastructure Solutions

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative professional to join our Major Projects Advisory (MPA) team as a Director. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading management consultancy, helping to solve complex challenges in infrastructure.
As a Director, you will be responsible for helping to grow, deliver, and lead our MPA business, working closely with our leadership team, client organisations, and other KPMG teams to develop our offerings and value propositions.
You will be providing advice to a broad range of clients on various matters, helping them to achieve successful outcomes through planning and implementing innovative and robust solutions.
About the TeamOur MPA team is a highly collaborative and high-performing team, well-blended and containing a vast range of skillsets and personalities. We celebrate individuality and contribution to the team, and every member has a valid opinion, regardless of grade.
We are looking for candidates with a strong consulting background, primarily built around the delivery of major Projects/Programmes. If you are a self-starter who can lead, inspire, and motivate others, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Helping to grow, deliver, and lead our MPA business
- Working closely with our leadership team, client organisations, and other KPMG teams
- Providing advice to a broad range of clients on various matters
- Planning and implementing innovative and robust solutions
- Leading and developing a diverse team to ensure they have the tools and environment needed to succeed
- Relevant skills and experience in business development, client delivery and engagement management, team development and wellbeing, and building internal networks
- Strong consulting background, primarily built around the delivery of major Projects/Programmes
- Ability to think strategically, spot emerging market trends, and identify new opportunities and service gaps
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- High levels of self-reflection and accountability, with the ability to take onboard feedback and adjust approach as necessary
