Requirements
  • Extensive experience in commercial or program management within the construction industry
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement, supply chain, and market management principles
  • Familiarity with procurement law and regulations, including post-Brexit implications
  • Proficiency in industry-standard contract forms and contract law
  • Ability to analyze data, identify critical factors, and develop efficient solutions
  • Professional qualifications such as MCIPS or MRICS are highly desirable
