Apprenticeship Performance Manager
**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Performance Manager to oversee the Early Years and Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring learners have an excellent experience, managing a team of Apprenticeship Tutors to meet performance targets, and collaborating with Sales, Compliance, and other teams to support business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Oversee the delivery of functional skills in maths and English
• Conduct regular observations to maintain quality teaching and learning
• Coach Apprenticeship Tutors to meet individual and team goals
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and funding guidelines
**Requirements**
• Proven experience in managing apprenticeship programmes and achieving performance targets
• Strong knowledge of apprenticeship funding and Ofsted regulations
• Proficient IT skills, including experience with e-portfolios and software platforms
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
**What We Offer**
• A starting salary of £38,000 with bonus opportunities (after qualifying period)
