About the Role:

Aramark UK is seeking an experienced and dedicated Catering Manager to join our team. This is a permanent and full-time opportunity that will report into our Site Lead and be based on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of a new food program and ensure its successful execution.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain accurate stock levels, implement effective waste management processes, and conduct weekly reviews of production.
  • Champion exceptional guest experiences by implementing guest communication tools and enhancing the overall guest experience across all areas.
  • Ensure the maintenance of RRP and adherence to company policies and client requirements.
  • Develop and implement schemes, including new products, planograms, procedures, and menu specifications, in line with Aramark guidelines and brand standards.
  • Establish and maintain strong commercial relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality service and optimal financial returns.
  • Coordinate team members to ensure accurate completion of daily paper and computer work, as well as inventories and statistical reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Catering Manager in a contract catering environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
