About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Product Strategy & Development Team as a Product Strategy and Development Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product strategies to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Evaluate new business concepts and product ideas, and develop data-driven recommendations to drive growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including investment, fundraising, marketing, legal, tax, and fund operations, to drive product-focused initiatives.
  • Research and monitor key industry and competitor trends to inform product development decisions.
  • Perform financial analyses to inform business decisions and growth opportunities.
  • Develop strategic partnership proposals with investors to leverage the full range of our capabilities.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on private markets and alternative asset management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with professionals at all levels and departments.
  • Undergraduate degree with an excellent academic background; additional credentials such as CFA, CAIA, MBA, or CPA are a plus.
  • Strong research, analytical, and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, with a strong command of PowerPoint.
  • Experience in private funds and knowledge of the investment management industry.
  • Ability to handle a large volume of work with tight deadlines and ad-hoc requests.
  • Strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach to work.
