Product Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management professional to lead the implementation of our Segment strategy and drive profitable growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a global product roadmap, providing insight and direction for products in assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a detailed market-driven product definition and supporting business cases to feed our NPD pipeline.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define Go To Market strategy and ensure NPD projects are delivered on time and effectively meet market needs.
  • Drive channel partner and customer engagement through webinars, tradeshows, onsite visits, and other training programs in support of Segment growth targets.
  • Communicate strategy, industry trends, wins/best practices, and competitive intelligence across all functional groups and regions.

Requirements:

  • Experience with safety switches, industrial access controls, or smart device products, with exposure to the Machinery Safety market highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Food and Beverage market preferred (not essential).
  • Understanding of product development and demonstrated execution from Voice of Customer to NPD launch.

  • £55,000-60,000 salary with bonus and benefits.
