**Leading the Go To Market Process**
You will lead the Go To Market process in defining, sourcing, and processing complex data from multiple sources to build accurate, efficient, and timely datasets and reporting that forms the foundation of all outputs from the Reporting and Analytics function. This will involve working with senior stakeholders to ensure that new propositions or initiatives can be measured, and the correct business processes are in place to ensure data capture is possible.
**Business Acumen and Stakeholder Management**
You will develop and maintain exceptional business stakeholder relationships at varying levels of seniority, adding value to the business with insight-led recommendations for process and performance improvements to the Commercial and Sales Ops Directors.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the Go to Market (GTM) process, working with senior stakeholders to ensure that new propositions or initiatives can be measured, and the correct business processes are in place to ensure data capture is possible.
- Build a deep understanding of the business, including how the commercials work, and act as an expert in our product suite.
- Build insightful dashboards and reports, to best practice standards, supporting the commercial teams with their weekly business review process, completing ad-hoc deep dives, and powering the growth of our business through our data.
- Seek out and proactively work on continuous improvement projects, looking at the way our existing reports are consumed, coming up with ideas that drive the high performance of our team.
- Identify gaps in the reporting suite and work with key stakeholders in Commercial Operations and the Sales areas to plug them.
- Build data treatments and definitions that are properly documented, are consistently in line with best practice, and can be easily articulated.
- Adhere to standard ways of working, alongside a rigorous release and change management cycle.
**Requirements**
- Advanced Power BI Knowledge and experience.
- Advanced experience in Data Visualisation best-practice.
- Expert in modelling and manipulating large data, from complex sources.
- Extensive experience of building exceptional relationships and managing/influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a complex matrix organisation.
- Experience gathering reporting requirements, skilled in challenging, negotiating and refining the scope of work requests.
- An ability to effectively manage & prioritise workload, working to tight deadlines.
- Agile worker who can adapt easily to and embrace change in a fast-paced environment.
