About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Analytics Executive to join our team at TSG. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting website data to improve the effectiveness of our online marketing campaigns and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage web analytics tools and platforms to track website traffic and user behaviour.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve website performance, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to enhance user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web analytics and online marketing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • HubSpot skills are desirable but not essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant experience in marketing analytics.
  • B2B experience advantageous.
