Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Financial Reporting to oversee and manage the entire financial reporting process. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy and timely submission of financial reports, comply with all accounting and financial regulations, and manage and mentor a high-performing finance team.

  • Develop and implement efficient reporting systems
  • Liaise with auditors and manage audit process
  • Provide strategic financial advice to the senior management team
  • Continuously improve the financial reporting process
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A professional qualification in Accounting or Finance (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
