Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Vendor/Procurement Manager to oversee the comprehensive vendor onboarding process. This role is crucial in ensuring that all Key Risk Indicators and KPIs are effectively established, and that new vendors comply with our regulatory standards and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, ensuring adherence to regulations.
  • Analyze and implement necessary adjustments during the onboarding phase to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with risk management teams, including information security and anti-financial crime units, to facilitate contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Contribute to the development of non-regulated tech-focused products within the organization.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for individuals with a proven track record in vendor and procurement management. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to take ownership of projects.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively at all organizational levels.
  • A structured yet adaptable approach to multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset, open to new ideas and perspectives.

Work Environment: This position offers a hybrid working model, with a requirement of two days in the office and three days remote. Our office is conveniently located in the City of London.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of £80,000, along with unlimited vacation days, private healthcare, a bonus scheme, and a 10% non-contributory pension plan.
