Internal Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Search Consultancy in Leeds. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing new business opportunities and driving sales growth within various industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve or exceed expected targets by securing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with business owners and directors.
- Ensure Business Development Executives have full diaries with quality meetings and establish a strong working relationship with them.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to drive growth and achieve targets.
- Utilize a CRM system to manage sales activities and track progress.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with business owners and directors.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Willingness to continually develop sales skills and strategies.
