Job Summary
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our clinical team, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. This is a developmental role, offering opportunities for growth and professional development.
Main Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the clinical team, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
- Managing patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Responding to patient inquiries, providing information and support as needed.
- Assisting with the preparation of prescriptions, referrals, and other clinical documents.
- Maintaining accurate records of patient interactions, including appointments, consultations, and test results.
- Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
