Position Overview:

The Senior Manager for Sales Enablement & Tools will spearhead the team responsible for the introduction and maintenance of our sales tools and processes.

This position will manage the development, implementation, and effective use of our sales tools and processes in collaboration with IT, global Marketing, Sales, and Commercial Excellence. Currently, our tools are primarily focused on SFDC, with plans to expand to CPQ and additional sales tools.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a Sales Enablement & Tools roadmap that aligns with the Commercial strategy.
  • Introduce and plan best practices, new tools, and technologies to enhance sales team performance (e.g., digital infrastructure, AI, machine learning).
  • Identify, allocate resources, and lead the execution of roadmap projects (e.g., SFDC enhancements, CPQ rollout).
  • Establish business reporting and analytics to monitor and drive tool utilization.
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in sales tools and leverage best practices.
  • Act as a contributing member of the sales tool Steering Committees.
  • Oversee projects aimed at improving sales effectiveness within commercial operations.
  • Develop and implement governance policies, procedures, and processes to ensure effective data management.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to deliver sales tool functionalities that meet business requirements.
  • Create training and support resources to facilitate effective sales tool usage among the user community.
  • Mentor and develop the direct team through coaching and guidance.

Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in management or supervisory roles.
  • Proficient knowledge and experience with CRM tools (preferably SFDC).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Skilled in driving cross-functional projects to completion, navigating organizational challenges, and influencing without direct authority.
  • Experienced in identifying and implementing new solutions, including the development and presentation of strategic roadmaps.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • SFDC certifications.
  • Experience with SAP and web-based configuration tools.
