Role Summary:
This newly established position of Senior Financial Manager will serve as the right hand to the Head of Finance. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the precise and timely preparation of comprehensive monthly management accounts for the Board.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver accurate and timely monthly management account packs.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the London-based finance teams, managing payables, receivables, and accounting functions.
  • Enhance the quality and insight of financial reporting.
  • Minimize audit discrepancies by ensuring adherence to IFRS and internal controls.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the Finance team and other business units.
  • Provide regular reports to stakeholders, driving both operational and financial performance.

Essential Qualifications:
  • ACA/CA qualified with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in a complex multi-national environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, guiding teams through periods of change.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing scalable financial processes.
  • A proactive approach with a strong work ethic to foster growth and operational excellence.

This role primarily requires office presence, with the flexibility to work from home one day a week.
