Job Summary

Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (LSCICB) is seeking a highly skilled individual to lead the development and delivery of Trauma Informed training across the ICB footprint. The successful candidate will work closely with the LSCICB Safeguarding Team and Lancashire Violence Reduction Network to ensure high-quality services are delivered.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programmes in Trauma Informed Practice, taking into account the needs of the organisation, group, or individual.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff in identifying learning needs and advising on training solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate training courses and ensure they meet the needs of the organisation.
  • Capture, collate, and maintain an overview of the Trauma Informed training programme.

Person Specification
  • Essential:
    • Education to Diploma level or equivalent, with good basic education including English and Maths.
    • Proven experience of delivering administration tasks to a high standard.
    • Experience of designing and delivering training programmes, ideally in Trauma Informed Practice.
    • Experience in an environment delivering services to a number of people and managing workload priorities.
  • Desirable:
    • Knowledge of data protection legislation.
    • Ability to work successfully under pressure of time and resources.
