About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in a Children's Residential setting. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of personalized care plans.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the home's policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children and young people with complex needs.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Full UK driving license (desirable).
