About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bricklayer to join our fantastic repairs and maintenance team at Home Group Repairs Partnership. As a multi skilled Bricklayer, you will carry out high-quality, right first-time maintenance across our responsive and void properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete allocated jobs right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers.
  • Carry out bricklaying across repairs, maintenance, and property refurbishments.
  • Deliver high-quality and compliant work.
  • Multi skill to improve first-time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers' homes.
  • Work in our properties across various locations, with all jobs scheduled so you know exactly where you need to be.
Requirements
  • City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in brickwork or equivalent.
  • Experience in all aspects of bricklaying within a maintenance environment.
  • Experience in other building trade areas (multi skilled).
  • A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement.
  • A full current driving licence, as you'll be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.
