Home Group Repairs Partnership is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bricklayer to join our dedicated team of maintenance professionals.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional repair and maintenance services to our valued customers across Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, and Buckinghamshire.
Your Responsibilities- Execute all assigned tasks with a focus on achieving first-time fixes, ensuring customer satisfaction and minimizing revisits.
- Carry out bricklaying work for repairs, maintenance projects, and refurbishments, adhering to the highest quality standards.
- Demonstrate proficiency in various building trades, leveraging your multi-skilling abilities to enhance efficiency and problem-solving.
- Effectively manage your workload, scheduling jobs across multiple locations to optimize service delivery.
- Possess a City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Brickwork or an equivalent qualification.
- Have proven experience in diverse aspects of bricklaying within a maintenance environment.
- Demonstrate expertise in other building trades, showcasing your versatility and ability to contribute across various projects.
- Exhibit flexibility, initiative, and sound judgment in handling tasks and resolving issues.
- Hold a full, current driving license for business use.
