About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Roofer to join our responsive maintenance team at Home Group Repairs Partnership. As a skilled Roofer, you will carry out high-quality maintenance across our properties, providing a brilliant service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out roofing works across repairs, maintenance, and property refurbishments, including pitched and flat roofs.
  • Deliver high-quality and compliant work, ensuring a right-first-time approach.
  • Multi-skill to improve first-time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers' homes.
  • Work in our properties across Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, and Buckinghamshire, including Peterborough, Corby, Kettering, Northampton, and Milton Keynes.

Requirements

  • City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in roofing or equivalent roofing experience.
  • Experienced Roofer within domestic housing, including pitched and flat roofs.
  • Experience and knowledge of diagnosing and identifying roofing works required.
  • Experience in other building trade areas (multi-skilled).
  • A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement.
  • A full current driving licence, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.
