As a skilled Roofer at Home Group, you will carry out high-quality, right-first-time maintenance across our responsive and void properties. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a brilliant team and make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out roofing works across repairs, maintenance, and property refurbishments, including pitched and flat roofs.
  • Deliver high-quality and compliant work, adhering to our strict standards.
  • Multi-skill to improve first-time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers' homes.
  • Work in our properties across Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, including Peterborough, Corby, Kettering, Northampton, and Milton Keynes.

Requirements
  • City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in roofing or equivalent roofing experience.
  • Experienced Roofer within domestic housing, including pitched and flat roofs.
  • Experience and knowledge of diagnosing and identifying roofing works required.
  • Experience in other building trade areas (multi-skilled).
  • A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgment.
  • A full current driving license, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.
