Job Title: Skilled Bricklayer

Home Group Repairs Partnership is seeking a skilled bricklayer to join our fantastic repairs and maintenance team. As a bricklayer, you will carry out high-quality, right first-time maintenance across our responsive and void properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out bricklaying across repairs, maintenance, and property refurbishments.
  • Deliver high-quality and compliant work.
  • Multi-skill to improve first-time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers' homes.
  • Work in our properties across Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, and Buckinghamshire.

Requirements:

  • City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in brickwork or equivalent.
  • Experience in all aspects of bricklaying within a maintenance environment.
  • Experience in other building trade areas (multi-skilled).
  • A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgment.
  • A full current driving license as you'll be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.
