Job Title: Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Hexagon Care Services. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our care.

About the Role:

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to safeguarding, motivating, and inspiring young people. You will work closely with our experienced team of professionals, including psychologists and therapists, to provide a supportive and therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support and care to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to our high standards of care and practice.
  • Participate in shift work, including evenings, weekends, and sleep ins, to ensure 24/7 coverage.
  • Collaborate with our learning and development team to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are equipped to provide the best possible care.
