Job Title: Residential Support Worker

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team at Hexagon Care Services. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for young people in our care.

Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality care and support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals
* Participate in the planning and implementation of individualized care plans to meet the needs of young people
* Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of young people's progress and well-being

Requirements

* Experience of working in a residential setting with children or young people
* Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with young people, families, and other professionals
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Full driving license and ability to drive
