About the Role

As a Driver - Handler at Babcock International Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of personnel and equipment. Reporting to the Senior Driver, you will be responsible for providing professional driving services for all nominated tasks, meeting or exceeding customer and company expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive fuel bowser on shift to support flying operations, performing daily and weekly maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
  • Manage all vehicle-related administration within Babcock guidelines, ensuring personal licenses, medicals, and competencies are up-to-date.
  • Assist in the ground movement of aircraft and contribute to flight-line operations.
  • Prepare aircraft for upcoming flights, conduct see-in and see-off procedures, and perform authorized fuel and oil replenishment.

Requirements

  • Ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Awareness of general health and safety.
  • Working knowledge of Tacho graphs.

Qualifications

  • PSV, LGV, & ADR Qualified (candidates without all licenses will still be considered).
  • Clean Driving Licence.
  • Working knowledge of Transport & Driver legal requirements.
  • Meet eye color vision of CP2/CP3 for airfield airside operations.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain BPSS Clearance.
