Senior Instrumentation & Control Engineer

We are in search of a seasoned engineer to join our Electrical & Control Team, where you will be responsible for evaluating intricate instrumentation and control systems while also providing mentorship to junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and appraise instrumentation and control systems
  • Offer expert technical guidance to clients
  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide specialized advice
  • Generate deliverables and oversee quality of work
  • Engage with clients regarding deliverables and propose alternative solutions
  • Participate in client relationship management
  • Occasionally conduct site inspections
  • Pursue ongoing professional development
  • Mentor junior technical staff and manage projects

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A degree in Electrical, Process Control, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Membership in a recognized professional institution
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in the English language
  • Experience in Consultancy, Concept/FEED/Detailed Design, and EPC projects
  • Familiarity with Instrumentation & Control Engineering across various sectors
  • Experience with systems such as Fire & Gas Detection, DCS, SIS, Cyber Security, etc.
  • Exposure to New Energy, Low Carbon, or Energy Transition initiatives is advantageous
  • Knowledge of international regulations
  • Basic understanding of project management principles
