About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Technical Sales Co-ordinator to join our team at Saint-Gobain Construction Chemicals UK & Ireland. As a key member of our GCP brand, you will play a vital role in providing technical advice and support to architects, engineers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical advice and guidance on GCP products and systems to customers and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for commercial teams to develop and secure GCP specifications and promote the brand and products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the commercial and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer needs.
  • Monitor and develop projects within the CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • Experience in below and above ground structural waterproofing and products, ideally CSSW qualified.
  • Previous experience in a technical role, with a good understanding of technical concepts and principles in building construction.
  • Knowledge to produce detailed design proposals in accordance with current industry standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to communicate at all levels within an organisation.
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a wider team, identifying and delivering customer needs.
