We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Internal Technical Sales Co-Ordinator at Saint-Gobain Construction Chemicals UK & Ireland. As a key member of our GCP brand, you will play a vital role in providing technical advice and support to architects, engineers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and support to architects, engineers, and contractors on GCP waterproofing products and systems.
  • Identify opportunities for commercial teams to develop and secure GCP specifications, promoting the brand and products/services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
  • Prepare technical proposals, correspondence, details/drawings, and specifications to support customer needs.
  • Monitor and develop projects within the CRM database, liaising with commercial and technical teams as required.
  • Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
Requirements:
  • Experience in below and above ground structural waterproofing and products, ideally CSSW qualified.
  • Previous experience in a technical role, with a good understanding of technical concepts and principles in building construction.
  • Knowledge to produce detailed design proposals in accordance with current industry standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to communicate at all levels within an organisation.
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a wider team, with an inquisitive nature and ability to ask questions, think laterally, and have an eye for detail.
