At Saint-Gobain Construction Chemicals UK & Ireland, we are seeking a skilled Technical Co-ordinator to join our technical services team. As part of this role, you will provide high-level technical advice to customers, including architects, engineers, and contractors, across our waterproofing product ranges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical support to customers via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Pre-qualify customer enquiries, identifying their requirements and passing them on to the commercial sales team.
  • Prepare technical proposals, correspondence, details, drawings, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation and with external customers.
  • Previous experience in a technical role, particularly with an understanding of technical concepts and principles in building construction.
  • Construction-related qualifications or graduate-level experience.
  • Able to produce detailed design proposals in accordance with current industry standards.
